Born and raised in Yadkin County, North Carolina, Carson has deep ties to the Foothills region and a genuine passion for dogs. After graduating from Surry Community College, he ventured into the banking industry in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. During his time there, he welcomed a furry companion into his life—Cooper, an energetic and loving Aussie Mountain Doodle.

The joy and fulfillment of teaching Cooper basic obedience skills ignited a transformation in his career path. Motivated by this powerful bond and the desire to create harmony between canines and their owners, he redirected his focus and became a full-time dog trainer with a renowned franchise.

Drawing from this vast experience and driven by a profound dedication to foster positive relationships between dogs and their human families, Carson decided to establish Foothills K9 Training. His ultimate goal is to empower and support dog owners by providing simple, effective, and practical dog training solutions that yield lasting results.
